Seoul followed closely in third place with a score of 70.0. The South Korean capital stood out for its extensive public Wi-Fi accessibility and strong CCTV coverage (80.6). Additionally, it had a high digital nomad ranking (4.5), outperforming both Dubai and Shanghai in this category.

Beijing ranked fourth with a score of 66.3, showing strong capabilities in pollution monitoring (86.5) and digital transport solutions (83.7).
