Ericsson and Tmcel Mozambique Partner to Drive Digital Transformation and Improve Customer Experience

Ericsson has reaffirmed its partnership with Tmcel Mozambique as they collaborate to digitally transform the telecom company’s monetization suite and improve customer experiences through the deployment of advanced solutions. The suite of Ericsson solutions includes Ericsson Charging and Ericsson Mediation from its Business and Operations Support Systems (OSS/BSS) portfolio. These solutions enhance Tmcel’s ability to optimize processes, use data for informed decision-making, and transform its operations to align with future growth.

The modernization of Tmcel’s systems is designed to allow the company to monetize existing services while introducing new offerings over time. This also includes the deployment of Ericsson Dynamic Activation, a platform that supports service activation and user lifecycle management, contributing to improved network performance and better customer experiences.
